Role: o9 Supply Chain Functional Consultant

Role: Contract

Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain processes and requirements.
• Design and implement supply chain solutions using the o9 platform.
• Customize and configure the o9 solution to meet clientspecific needs.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Provide training and support to endusers on the o9 platform functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the o9 platform.
• Document business processes configurations and functional specifications.
• Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Stay updated with the latest o9 platform features and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a functional consultant preferably with the o9 platform or similar supply chain solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning supply planning and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management and clientfacing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management tools.

Preferred:

• Certifications related to supply chain management or the o9 platform.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing retail or logistics.
• Knowledge of additional supply chain software solutions.
