Seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR serves as the primary contact for inbound phone calls and emails from potential customers and information about services and sells them on the features and benefits of Precision Door Service.

Responsibilities:
Answers inbound phone calls and schedules appointments
Provides excellent customer services to include assessing customer needs meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction via telephone Email and online
Presents Precision Door’s value proposition with the objective of securing an appointment for service
Opens customer accounts by accurately recording account information
When necessary place outbound calls to follow up on email leads received or to confirm or reschedule appointments
When necessary call customers to update technicians’ arrival
May manage incoming paperwork create invoices and assist office staff with bookkeeping and filing
Maintains schedule in OPAL for service and installations and dispatches work orders to the field.
Follow up on leads as necessary
Maintain and order office supplies
Maintain employee schedule on calendar in OPAL as requested
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED
Clean background check
Customer service experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service to include assessing customer needs meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction
Skill in using Microsoft Office products (Word Outlook and Excel) preferred
Skill in using mathematics to solve problems
Skill in providing excellent customer service
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying take time to understand the points being made ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times
Ability to quickly and easily establish rapport with someone over the phone
Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems
Ability to cooperate and solve problems in a team environment
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively orally and in writing
