Working title: Baler/Hogger
Pay: 20XX
Bill: 28.92
Shift: 3rd shift 7pm7am rotating day off schedule
Location: 577 Goddard Ave Chesterfield MO 63005
Possible extension. This is an FTE coverage backfill so the FTE this worker is covering may not return by the scheduled end.
Interview: Onsite tour
30day waiver for BGC: Yes (with cleared DT)
Musthave skills:
1. Forklift certified with recent experience
2. Capable a using tools and lifting heavy objects
3. Need to manage their time well as they will be left alone to complete tasks.
4. Safety shoes/steel toe
Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product conducting quality checks material setup and maintaining a clean and organized work space. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company. Responsibilities: Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment follow specific direction operate power hand tools and other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean work environment. Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to lift push or pull 50lbs navigate stairs stand walk bend and kneel throughout the entire shift. Required to work daily overtime weekend work and various shifts depending on your position. Education: High school diploma or equivalent Military training and or Technical School preferred.
Ability to read general information or short instructions such as lists notes or labels
Ability to compose or modify text to communicate basic information with little need for analysis as might be
required in the preparation of simple correspondence or standard reports
Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition subtraction multiplication and divisionAbility to communicate to explain or interpret welldefined business issues or procedures following established patterns
