Summary:The System Admin Marketing Technology will be responsible for managing and optimizing key marketing technology systems including content and digital asset management platforms. This role involves overseeing technical functionalities ensuring system integration and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to meet organizational needs and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the content management system including implementation and configuration.
• Oversee the digital asset management platform ensuring efficient multimedia asset handling.
• Configure and customize project management tools to streamline workflows.
• Establish governance for business systems and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance digital capabilities.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience administering Adobe Experience Manager Sites Assets and Adobe Workfront.
• Strong technical proficiency in Adobe systems including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality solutions on time.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Adobe Experience League certifications for Sites Assets and Workfront.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe products like Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud service and Workfront.
• Knowledge of CSS and HTML.
• Expertise in maintaining documentation and system maintenance.
• Experience in marketing and content management systems.
