What Were Looking For

• Math Mastery: You have a solid understanding of primary and middle school math.
• Teaching Experience: You have a minimum of 4 years teaching Math.
• Tech Savvy: You can teach Math online using digital tools and manipulatives.

• Degree in Mathematics: You have a strong foundation in Math concepts.

Youre the Perfect Fit if You Have:

• Proven track record in teaching and training Math.
• Experience with online teaching platforms
• Experience in teaching international curriculums like IB IGCE Common Core

Responsibilities

• Develop effective Math training programs for primary and middle school teachers.
• Help nonMath teachers pass interviews and demos for primary Math.
• Observe Math lessons and give feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on Math education trends and approaches.
• Instruct teachers on how to carry out Math demo lessons.
• Deliver free trial classes for potential clients.
• Create tools to assess training effectiveness.
• Guide teachers in using technology for Math teaching.
• Manage training metrics like attendance show up rate and pass rate.

How to Apply

During the interview process youll need to complete a tech check to assess your workfromhome setup. Following that youll be asked to complete a training task and attend a 45 minute interview with your hiring manager.
