Job Description
- Design implement manage and maintain highly complex secure and reliable network ServiceNow infrastructure.
- Design ServiceNow Platform including integration strategy (e.g. utilizing infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIs) and performance.
- Defines guides and supports the execution of technical governance processes (e.g. platform change review).
- Design develop and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory Workday Altiris Casper Jira
- Designing engineering and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
- A strong background of ServiceNow development
- Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture
- Certification ITIL ITSM EA JSON API REST XML SOAP V3 HR
