Assistant Content Manager Static Pages

This is a remote position.

The Opportunity

While working with the Static Head closely the incumbent will own complete growth responsibilities concerning Static content across different sports their traffic and revenue as a part of their role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the Business agenda and manage static content business P&L for US Sports (NFL MLB NBA) Football WWE Golf and other sections
  

• Work closely with the writers/editors to grow important KPIs like Daily/Monthly revenue unique visitors session time revenue/visit overall revenue
  

• Plan and execute quarterly and monthly event calendars in conjunction with the SEO team and the static head.
  

• Ensure the quality of content and the due process is followed by the editorial team to ensure the content is delivered on time. Take ownership of the quality by ensuring the writers and editor follow strict guidelines when it comes to No use of AI and other similar tools.
  

• Benchmark Sportskeedas content coverage visavis competition and work on actionable points to provide the best content experience to the users while building content authority.
  

• Hire mentor and grow multiple content teams. Continuously track business performance setting it up for growth and coursecorrecting whenever necessary
  

• Work towards creating qualitative processes to upscale Sportskeedas brand.
  

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in managing and growing content verticals for large publishers/content companies
  

• Growth Mindset Strong Business Acumen and Analytical Skills
  

• Should be impeccable when it comes to Editing and proofreading as and when required
  

• Understanding/Working knowledge of SEO Digital Marketing Text Content Business and Analytics
  

• Energy and passion to create the most engaging content for hardcore sports fans
  

• Ability to help create original content on a regular basis
