Job Description

  • Compensation: Base Commission. Ontarget earnings up to $200000. Unlimited earning potential!
  • Location: Nashville TN (Onsite work required).
  • Work Hours: Business Hours Monday Friday plus availability for leading evening seminars or meeting with clientele.
  • Job Type: Fulltime W2 position.

Retirement Financial Advisor:

We are seeking exceptional individuals with a strong focus on sales to join our firm as Financial Advisors (FA) (Financial Planners). This is a toptier position for motivated FAs who possess outstanding sales skills and a drive for success. We are looking for salesoriented individuals who thrive on working with HighQuality Prospects (HQP) and delivering exceptional financial services.

Retirement Financial Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Meet with HQPs understand their financial needs and retirement goals and convert them into HighQuality Clients (HQC).
  • Lead educational seminars with potential clients (filled through FTAs marketing efforts) to introduce our services aiming to inform and invite them for personalized advisement meetings.
  • Employ your public speaking prowess to effectively educate clients about the most suitable service options.
  • Serve HQCs by providing personalized financial solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Dedicate 80% of working time to sales activities including prospecting client meetings and relationship building.
  • Ensure less than 20% of working time is spent on administrative tasks such as writing plans or consulting with the team.
  • Lead a team initially including an Account Manager (AM) who manages paperwork asset transfers and assists with plan preparation. As the FAs book of business expands collaborate with a Junior Planner (JP) to handle reviews and smaller clients allowing the FA to focus on larger opportunities.
  • Oversee client issues and provide guidance to the team to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Teach a college course designed to attract and engage HQPs.

Retirement Financial Advisor Requirements:

  • Active State Life and Health License is a must.
  • Must hold an active Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to take and pass the Series 65 test within 30 days of employment).
  • Prior experience in wealth or financial planning advising or life and/or annuity sales.
  • Strong ability to identify and engage with HighQuality Prospects (HQP) with investable assets ranging from $500k to $5M.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to exceed sales targets and earn substantial income (W2 on target earnings Year 1: $135000 Year 2: $200000 Senior Advisors earn of $400k $1M based on performance).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and establish longterm relationships.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including 2 4 evenings per week to accommodate client availability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team ensuring efficient collaboration and delivering outstanding results.
  • Willingness to continuously learn about financial products and industry trends to provide uptodate advice to clients.
