A leading financial services provider in India offering a range of loans and financing solutions for personal business and automotive needs.

Role Summary:

The Mobile Applications Architect / Engineering Manager will be responsible for optimizing user experience implementing robust mobile architectures and ensuring seamless crossplatform functionality. Adept at collaborating with crossfunctional teams and delivering innovative solutions to meet business objectives this role involves a combination of technical managerial and strategic responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategy and Architecture Development: Develop and execute the overall strategy design and architecture for B2C mobile applications including defining the product roadmap feature prioritization and delivery timelines.

System Design and Quality Assurance: Ensure the design supports ease of evolution system quality performance observability scalability and availability.

Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration.

Complex Integration: Design optimize and integrate complex mobile applications with distributed backend microservices ensuring scalability security and performance.

Code and Design Reviews: Lead code and design reviews of components systems and products within scope and drive architectural governance.

Preferred Skills:

• B.E. / B.Tech / equivalent
• Extensive experience in B2C and B2B mobile architecture with a proven track record in designing and leading the development of consumerfacing mobile applications.
• Expertise in software development methodologies tools and technologies including Agile DevOps and cloud computing.
• Experience in Andriod react native java microservices
• Proven ability to build largescale hightraffic and secure mobile and web applications.
• Deep understanding of architecture and design principles including microservices APIs and serviceoriented architecture (SOA).
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking and vision.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
