Job Description

Were growing and looking for more stars to join our team!As part of our ecommerce team at PlasticFri and alongside our ecommerce manager you will play a pivotal role in setting up managing and driving our online sales strategy across various platforms. This position requires both strategic thinking and handson execution to accelerate growth in B2B and B2C segments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies for owned B2B and B2C channels ensuring alignment with PlasticFris commercial brand and marketing objectives.
  • Strategically align product pricing visibility and sales ROI across digital sales channels within budget constraints.
  • Manage B2B ecommerce channels to optimize customer satisfaction and streamline order processes.
  • Plan develop execute and manage the companys ecommerce platform to ensure seamless functionality and a superior user experience.
  • Track and analyze budgeting and KPIs to meet sales targets and drive online business development.
  • Develop ecommerce strategy roadmaps to optimize sales performance and enhance channel effectiveness.
  • Optimize digital platforms for increased brand visibility product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular sales and marketing analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to align initiatives with business goals and manage projects from planning to implementation.

Ideal candidate:

  • Proven track record in implementing and optimizing ecommerce solutions.
  • Advanced skills in Google Ads social media newsletters and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing reliable 3PL and logistical partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing content creation and SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Ability to work independently meet deadlines and thrive in a startup environment.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Passionate about environment and sustainability.
