SAP Success Factor

Role:
Provide daily operational support for SAP SuccessFactor users resolving issues and answering queries.

Collaborate with People & Culture and Digital departments to understand business needs and translate them into SAP SuccessFactor functionalities.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Develop and deliver training programs and user guides for endusers to enhance their SAP SuccessFactor skills and knowledge.

Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactor modules to align with business requirements.

Create ondemand reports based on company needs.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes configurations and customizations.

Participate in crossfunctional projects providing expertise and ensuring a great user experience.

Essential requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 35 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactor super user or similar role.

Indepth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactor modules primarily including Employee Central Onboarding and Performance & Goals

Knowledge of other modules (Time Tracking Learning Management Compensation etc) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Proven experience in conducting user training and creating comprehensive documentation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment
