Requirements

Technical Skills:

*Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration media technology or a comparable qualification

*Strong technical understanding

*Experience in editing Digital Signage Content is a plus

*Ability to independently operate inhouse software applications for content transmission

*Proficiency in Windows and Excel

*Experience with data and databases is advantageous

Experience:

*Approximately 23 years of professional experience after training/ apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or media technology

*Motivation to learn and work in the Digital Signage Content area


Tasks & Responsibilities

*Customer and External Communication: Act as the point of contact for customers and external service providers in the Digital Signage Content area

*Content Adjustments: Adjust the content to be transmitted according to customer criteria

*Content Preparation: Prepare Digital Signage Content

*Content Deployment: Ensure timely deployment of content on transmission platforms

*Content Controlling: Monitor transmissions according to assignments

*Documentation: Document and report pending and faulty transmissions

*Departmental Support: Support related departments such as Monitoring and 2nd Level Support

Hiring Process

2) Technical Interview: Onpremise with Alex focusing on technical skills (1 hour)
