Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a member of the FP&A team you will be involved in the following activities:
- Management reporting vs budget and prior year for the P&L balance sheet and cash flow
- Budgeting and forecasting processes
- Proactively partnering with functions and markets in developing business plans and analysing actual performance against those targets; helping to analyse and drive improvements to revenue margin and opex and help with any other data needs
- Control revenue and costs and ensure financials are correctly reflected in the ledger for the monthly/annual close
- Continuously seek process improvement
- Support any ongoing projects in relation to acquisitions integrations and launches
Minimum Requirements (Experience & Education)
We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious qualified accountants who are keen to apply creativity and independent thought to help drive the business forwards.
To apply you will need to meet the following requirements:
- An interest in pharma businesses dedicated to womens health
- You must have a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree
- You must be a qualified accountant with 4 years of postqualification experience
- You are highly numerate and have meticulous attention to detail
- You have excellent Excel skills
- You have a structured thought process with a curiosity about data and have an ability to make sense of large sets of data and turn data into insight
- You must be able to effectively communicate data and findings
- You should be confident in presenting analysis to a wide range of stakeholders
- You are organised and able to prioritise effectively
- You can keep calm and remain resilient in complicated situations
- All applicants must have citizenship or the right to work Poland and unfortunately we are unable to sponsor work permits
- Fluent English
- Office working minimum 40%
