As they continue to grow they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our casino operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex financial landscapes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's overall objectives and growth initiatives.
- Manage and optimize financial performance including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic guidance on capital allocation investments and financial risk management.
- Oversee financial controls and compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with other senior executives to drive crossfunctional initiatives and achieve business goals.
- Build and mentor a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Requirements
