Bilingual Support Engineer

Tasks

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers in both English and Japanese language.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document and escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
• Conduct training sessions and create support documentation to assist users in navigating and utilizing banking software.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 3 years of experience
• Must have education in BCS BCA MCS MCA BE (IT / Computers / Electronics)
• Hands on experience on Windows OS and Windows Server OS
• Good knowledge with hands on experience of monitoring tools like Azure Application Insight PagerDuty Zabbix System Walker or similar tools
• Proficient in SQL and its other variations broadly used across the industry
• Good understanding of at least one of the Cloud technologies (Azure AWS GCP etc.) with hands on experience
• Must know Japanese Language (read write & speak) (at leastN3/equivalent proficiency)
• Knowledge of ITIL (Incident Management Change Management SLA Ticketing tools such as Service Now Backlog etc)
• Basic Knowledge of SDLC STLC
• Excellent documentation skills using Google Docs MS Excel and MS Word
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills (English)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
