Media Advertising Intern

Mission summary:

Within the marketing team the Media advertising Intern supports advertising revenue and partnership agreements. Dealing among others with travel agencies luxury brands airlines and tourism boards he/she has the responsibility of delivering media campaigns.

The interns main responsibility is to support the Marketing Director and the CRM/Production team with this responsibility.

• By selling VeryChics web traffic and audience to luxury brands and travel companies its role is mainly operational and commercial.
• Build & follow and coordinate the campaigns with the other teams.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Marketing

• Educate partners to respect the VeryChic marketing DNA while meeting their communication needs.
• Ensure that the partners marketing elements respect this
• Brief production of live campaigns on the selected media levers (emailing display social networks etc.)
• Work with the marketing & Merchandising Department to implement joint campaigns with our partners.
• Integrate signed campaigns into VeryChics planning ensuring overall consistency.
• Build and manage campaigns through our media levers (emailing display).
• Coordinate campaign reports and propose recommendations to share with our partner
• Ensure that objectives are met

Commercial

• Plan potential media revenues for the current year with a monthly target
• Prospect to increase the volume of partners and potential partnerships.
• Convince and contract marketing action plans with existing partners according to their promotional needs

Creativity

• Keeping an eye on new media/advertising levers (new technologies new media levers) being interested in the industry daily
• Know how to use communication tools (email creation targeting Ad server) would be a PLUS
• Coordinate the creation of new formats with the CRM

Qualifications:

• Experience with digital marketing skills within online industry ideally in media agency / Travel ecommerce
• Spoken and written fluency in English and French
• Strong working ethics and adaptability

Education:

• BAC 3 in digital marketing / ecommerce / Business school Training in advertising industry is a plus
