UX Design Specialist

The transformation of retail is driving demand for digital receipts and related technologies. Were looking for a UX & Design Specialist to join our team and help us create usercentered designs that enhance the retail experience for both customers and businesses.

Tasks

• Collaborate with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into engaging and intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Participate in all stages of the design process from conceptualization to final implementation.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends tools and technologies to continuously improve our products.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Advocate for the user and ensure that design decisions are usercentered and datadriven.

Requirements

• 45 years of experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Experience in user research usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles usercentered design methodologies and responsive design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• A proactive problemsolving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience in the retail or SaaS industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
