Location: Austin Texas
Salary Range: $250000 $275000 annually plus benefits and equity options
Harrison Finch a premier recruitment agency is actively seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a leading software development agency. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to drive the technical vision and strategy of a company specializing in building highquality business applications for clients across North America using technologies such as Swift Flutter ReactJS ReactNative and NodeJS.
About the Role:
As the CTO you will play a crucial role in implementing and upgrading processes to ensure the highest quality of development fostering a culture of continuous improvement and aligning the technical goals with business objectives. Your leadership will be essential in driving growth and maintaining a high standard of excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the agencys technical vision and strategy.
Implement and refine processes to maintain and enhance the quality of development.
Lead and mentor a team of talented developers fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Oversee the development and delivery of highquality business applications using Swift Flutter ReactJS ReactNative and NodeJS.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure our solutions meet their objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the agency at the cutting edge.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Manage technical resources and budgets effectively.
Represent the agency at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Drive the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technical leadership role within a software development agency or tech company.
Strong expertise in Swift Flutter ReactJS ReactNative and NodeJS.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful technical strategies.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience managing technical teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
Experience in building and scaling technical teams.
Strong network within the tech industry.
