Job Description
- Provide coverage for Dispatch and District Fluid Management which includes knowing and understanding all roles and responsibilities for these positions. Process truck tickets to include multiple systems to verify and document charges.
- Assist Dispatch and District Fluid Management by creating, editing, dispatching run sheets and truck lists via Salesforce.
- Ensure manuals, guide's, communications within the Transportation group are kept up to date.
- Monitor inventories to obtain levels (%) which meets Transportation BU targets.
- Provide assistance to the Coordinator, Transportation & Logistics, in implementing and training new projects and processes.
