We seek a seasoned Multiunit Restaurant Human Resources Manager with a strategic mindset and robust leadership skills. Please note that this is a fulltime onsite position in Solana Beach.

HR Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- SHRMCP or PHR designation preferred
- 35 years of experience in benefits leave administration and general HR functions and 12 years of experience managing others including Coordinators and Generalists
- Strong knowledge of Dayforce (Ceridian) HRIS and scheduling software like Brink or CTUIT
- Management of benefits programs including 401k plans Workers Comp Safety Program and Guest Incident Claims and Rewards and Recognition Program
- Supports Recruiting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Previous HR experience in companies with multiple locations andemployees
- Strong knowledge of local CA state and federal employment laws
- Excellent communication conflict resolution and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work fulltime onsite (no remote or hybrid options)
