Human Resources Manager MX
Job Summary
The primary mission of the Human Resources Manager is to ensure all the HR daily operations fully in line with HR policies/practices compliance requirements local laws and regulations.
Requirements
Experience in MNC related to manufacturing plant set up in MX.
Bachelor’s degree required preference to those with major in Human Resources or experience.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources including at least 35 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and Union.
Experience and knowledge of various HR functionsTalent Management Employee and Labor Relations L&D Talent Acquisition and C&B COE and Business Partnering.
Experience in directly/indirectly in EHS and Technical Training.
Experience working across various levels of an organization while building trust and fostering collaboration.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes systems and best practices.
Proven experience with budgeting and cost management.
Fluent in English and Spanish – verbal and written.
Visa and Passport.
