Learning Development Manager

Role & responsibilities :
Promote Client Communities encouraging participation and supporting Community Leaders using bold visuals inviting communications and exciting events.
Partner with various team members to identify new techniques methodologies for ongoing maintenance of portfolio.
Contribute to the design and development program standards that spark curiosity and rally participation from largely volunteer resource base.
Collaborate with Community Leaders and global members to update core program components and enable an inclusive environment.
Develop program operating plan requirements when applicable.
Partner with various team members to ensure solutions remain fresh and relevant.
Design and deliver and/or coordinate select community virtual events and webinars.
Monitor success measures and metrics analyzing user data for insights and opportunities.
Utilize change management methodologies and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Develop compelling graphics in performance reporting to partners and leadership.
Developing effective corporate communication strategies
Creating updating modifying and removing the content based on the stake holdersrequirement. Ensure Branding guidelines are adhered while content creation and graphic designing for communications.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
