JOB ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Head to join our team and lead our sales team and develop strategies for our fast growing home hardware business. Youll be at the forefront of what drives our success and growth.

This position requires an individual who is highly organized resultsdriven and passionate about our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for D2C B2B Channel Partners Exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Sell our products in our studio and recruit a team of sales professionals.
  • Research and analyze the competition to identify our unique selling points.
  • Create and maintain a sales funnel and CRM that is easy to use and keeps us on top of things.
  • Keep optimizing our strategy to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers partners & employees.
  • Create a sales pipeline and funnel to track progress and ensure success.
  • Conduct market research to help keep us on top of things.

JOB TYPE

Full Time : Monday to Saturday

OnSite : Sadashivnagar Bangalore.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
  • Experience in sales marketing or related field

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Get paid 46 lakhs INR base pay based on experience.
  • Get rewarded with a performancebased bonus.

Pay: 400000..00 per year
