  The cumulative distribution amount (sales) to independent artists and labels has surpassed 50 billion yen with independent artists achieving top positions on charts such as Billboard and Apple Music. In this thriving environment we are seeking a Marketing & Growth position to shape and lead a social environment where artists musicians and creators who utilize our services can further excel.
  
  We continue to pursue our mission vision and values. In this position it is essential to resonate with our companys vision values and mission. The role involves daily communication to expand awareness aiming to become a trusted partner chosen by more independent artists and creators thereby providing a conducive societal environment for musical endeavors.

  Formulating executing managing and analyzing marketing strategies

  Advertising operations (selfservice) such as SEM and social media advertising

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 years of marketing practical experience
  • Experience in product marketing at a business company with toC services or experience leading growth
  • Experience in alliance sales
  • Experience in continuous media relations

Conditions / Benefits

Location: Tokyo Ebisu

• Remote consultation is available depending on the situation.

Annual Salary:JPY

• The above amount is indicative. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and ability. Evaluation will be comprehensive taking into account skills knowledge practical execution ability and communication skills.

Hours: Flextime system

8 hours a day with a core time from 12:00 16:00 JST

• 2 days off per week (weekends) as well as national holidays yearend and New Year holidays etc.
• 5 days of paid holidays upon joining the company (can be taken in halfday or oneday increments)

• Other special leave may be granted depending on the situation
