Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly detailoriented and proficient in managing CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.
Shift Hours: 2 PM 10 PM
Job Location: Allentown PA
Key Responsibilities:
- Change tools on CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.
- Operate and troubleshoot machines using Fanuc controls.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers calipers and bore gauges.
- Stand for the entire 8hour shift.
- Maintain strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
- Ensure efficient production processes and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
