- Experience in rushed projects.
- Experience in securing projects, construction feasibility studies and project planning.
- Able to foster a sense of team spirit within different departments.
- Communicates well and relays information in a timely manner with ability to work, lead and direct a high-performing team, showcasing problem-solving and innovation skills.
- Experience of working on major projects, clients, consultants, and developers.
- Has good budgeting skills and is able to reduce costs without making adjustments that would affect quality.
