This is a part time work as you will be assisting the other receptionist who works from home
This position provides reception and administration support for the day to day operations of the company:
- Reception duties handling enquiries via email phone & messaging platform
- General office administrative duties and clerical tasks such as photocopying laminating scanning and filing
- Scheduling quotes and jobs
- Processing purchase orders
- Coordinating meetings and maintaining office area presentation
- Supporting a fastpaced professional team
Requirements
The successful applicant will have:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- A positive and proactive approach to work
- Excellent and confident phone manner
- Able to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Dedication to providing superior customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Driver s licence
