Roles and Responsibility

  • Service design and programming related to web service operation
  • Maintenance services such as server configuration etc
  • Business management tools for staff data analysis infrastructure development etc

You will be responsible for overall development work from service planning/design to actual coding. As the service is still in the development stage we may ask you to actively plan and propose the introduction of new technologies such as AI and VR in the future! We are looking for people who have the mindset of wanting to scale the service together!


Minimum Requirements

  • Web service development experience (5 years or more)
  • Knowledge of web development technologies such as PHP HTML and CSS
  • Experience in designing building and operating databases such as MySQL
  • Japanese level N2 or higher


Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in frontend development
  • Experience or interest in Microservices and TDD
  • Experience developing systems using WebRTC
  • Experience in development using Go Lang


Tech Stacks

  • Main languages: PHP and other LL HTML CSS JavaScript SQL
  • OS: Linux Mac OS X Windows
  • Database: MySQL (Amazon Aurora)
  • Other tools: GitHub Jira Confluence slack AWS etc.

Development Methodology We use Scrum Kanban and Waterfall as appropriate for each project and target service


Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Full time

Location: Chiyodaku Tokyo

Annual Salary: 8M 11M JPY (based on experience and skills)

  • Annual salary system (1/12 of the annual salary is paid monthly)
  • Overtime allowance: Available (40 hours of fixed overtime) *Companywide average overtime hours: approx. 20 hours *Example: 117360 JPY for an annual salary of 6 million JPY
  • Commuting allowance (paid in accordance with company regulations)
  • Annual salary renewal: Once a year (March)
  • Performance bonus: May be paid based on company performance and individual evaluation

Flexible time 8:0010:00 / 17:0022:00
