  We are seeking an expert to handle the procurement of various contents in the martial arts genre.

  Job Description

  • Procurement of various contents in the martial arts genre
  • All associated tasks related to the above (negotiation progress management delivery management etc. involving both internal and external collaborations)

Minimum Requirements

  • Over 5 years of practical experience as a company employee
  • Practical experience in concurrently managing multiple projects and tasks to achieve goals
  • Experience demonstrating leadership in projects and teamwork
  • Knowledge and strong interest in the latest trends in martial arts
  • Business English proficiency (TOEIC 900 TOEFL iBT 100 or above as a guideline)
    • Ability to conduct contract negotiations in English

Preferred Requirements

  • Practical experience in the field of martial arts events
  • Experience in coordinating between multiple corporate stakeholders with different interests such as corporate sales project management etc.
  • Consistent experience in business from planning to execution
  • Strongly desired experience in tasks that require maintaining quality levels while adhering to deadlines

Annual Salary:TBA JPY

• Based on experience ability and previous work experience
• Includes fixed overtime pay of 45 hours per month (fromJPY per year).
• Any overtime exceeding 45 hours per month will be compensated in accordance with our companys employment regulations.
• Pay raise opportunity once a year
• The probationary period also has the same amount as the regular employment.
