      Main Responsibilities

      • UI/UX Design: Responsible for the information architecture design and management of web service UI/UX. Knowledge of information architecture and design considering usability component management considering service maintenance and consistent coding of PC/SP sites using HTML/CSS are required.
      • App Design: Responsible for the information architecture and design of iOS/Android app UI/UX. Although development is handled by the development team knowledge related to apps such as Swift PWA Flutter Unity Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design is necessary. Adjustments to designs of screens implemented with Flutter may also be requested.

      Occasional Responsibilities

      • LP and Campaign Page Creation: Designing attractive pages to showcase products LP design for planningbased initiatives like April Fools Day and designing eyecatching images (main visuals) for campaigns such as discount campaigns. Design impactful designs that convey the content clearly and attract users attention.
      • Website Creation: Unlike LPs this involves creating small to mediumsized websites with subpages. Requests for this occur when launching new services or deploying inhouse IPs. You can be involved in creating something from scratch.

      Other

      When progressing with projects although specifications compiled by directors exist you will be responsible for translating them into UI designs while considering the overall site and purpose and you may need to adjust requirements and specifications as necessary. Depending on the project you may organize requirements based on documents personas and customer journey maps compiled by the UX research team and perform information architecture and UI design.

      Depending on aptitude/preference you may be involved in mentoring junior designers and team management tasks. *Involvement with adultoriented content may be required.

      Recruitment Background

      As the company grows larger there has been an increase in new services feature improvements and campaigns. To actively respond to these initiatives and propose improvements to existing services we deemed it necessary to increase staffing and thus are recruiting UI/UX designers.

      Placement

      The Product Design Team in the Development Department handles all design tasks within the company including UI/UX design for web services and apps LP/campaign/website creation banner creation etc. The team consists of about 15 members with a gender ratio of 5:5 and members ranging from their 20s to 40s.

      Working Environment

      Option to choose between Full Remote Work and 3 or more days of office attendance per week (hybrid of office and remote). *After joining the company until you become accustomed to your duties (approximately 1 to 3 months) you will generally be required to work in the office as a member of the Product Design Team. The duration may vary depending on how quickly you adapt.

      Full Remote Work: Full remote work allowance (in place of commuting allowance) to set up a home environment *For those working fully remotely a full remote work allowance is provided in place of commuting allowance (equivalent to the cost of a monthly commuter pass). Even for those working fully remotely if they come to the office a roundtrip transportation fee of up to 2500 per day is provided. (There may be changes to the full remote work allowance in the future.)

      Work Style

      It is important to enjoy your private life! The company culture emphasizes working efficiently to enhance concentration during the 10 am to 6 pm working hours (overtime outside of these hours is compensated on a perminute basis; average overtime across the company is 20 hours per month). There is an environment for skill improvement such as support for attending external seminars and purchasing books. Companywide events are kept to a minimum and employees are encouraged to plan and participate in study sessions and similar activities voluntarily.

      Personnel System

      We have introduced a personnel system that prioritizes nurturing talents to support the companys growth in the medium to long term. Specifically evaluations grades and rewards are determined based on a grade system. Based on the missions and business skills defined for each grade evaluations are conducted by setting short to longterm milestones with individual OKRs making the evaluation criteria clear. Moreover since how efficiently and productively you can work within the 7hour working hours is considered an important indicator working overtime extensively does not necessarily lead to higher evaluations.
