Our arcade game business covers a diverse product lineup including video games prize machines such as UFO Catcher and various medal games like horse racing bingo and pushers. We develop manufacture and sell these products.

    1. Development and Execution of HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business strategies (such as organizational design recruitment talent development labor management system design etc. covering all aspects of HR strategy).
    2. Consideration and Promotion of Human Capital Disclosure Strategy: Plan and promote the development of mechanisms for managing talent portfolios visualizing human capital and disclosing information. Design and implement Key Goal Indicators (KGI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for crossfunctional talent strategies.
    3. Formulation and Implementation of Organizational Development Policies: Use organizational surveys and evaluation data to identify current issues involve senior management and business leaders and formulate and implement organizational improvement strategies. Develop and implement strategies related to career development and nurturing.
    4. Improvement and Enhancement of Workstyles through Labor Management: Address various HRrelated discussions employee consultations and labor inquiries. Consider challenges and solutions based on employee feedback and implement improvements to workstyles through laborrelated initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

    Experience

    • Over 3 years of practical experience in HR planning areas either as an HR professional or HR consultant.
      • HR planning areas include HR strategy system design performance evaluation etc.
    • Experience in team management.

    Mindset

    • Able to approach problemsolving as an engaged participant with the same perspective as top management bringing about transformation.
    • Demonstrates a balanced sense of respect for each employee on the ground while pursuing ideal goals.

Preferred Requirements

  • English here
    • Experience in labor affairs and knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Experience in HR operations at a foreign or multinational company.
    • Experience working in HR roles using English at a business level.

Annual Salary:JPY Based on experience ability and previous work experience

  • Salary revision: Once a year
  • Bonus: Twice a year (June December)
