Job Description
- Ensure that the housekeeping team understand the hotel’s strategy and align their work accordingly.
- Collaborate with HR on various employee-related tasks including interviews, recruitment, orientation, performance reviews, coaching, guidance, and terminations to ensure adequate employee levels and enhance productivity.
- Manage the payroll and business expenses of the department.
- Build and manage relationships and contracts with suppliers.
- Maintain records of linen inventory, uniforms, and other relevant items.
