Our arcade game business covers a diverse product lineup including video games prize machines such as UFO Catcher and various medal games like horse racing bingo and pushers. We develop manufacture and sell these products.
In the merchandising business we plan develop produce and sell character merchandise prizes lotteries and other products for overseas retail.

• We are currently seeking staff for supervising popular game series to further expand our IP deployment. The main supervisory tasks include overseeing scenarios scripts and all written content as well as planning collaboration projects with both internal and external applications. Additionally you will be responsible for tasks essential to the supervisory work such as updating the internal Sonic database and managing merchandise samples related to the IP.
  
  **Example Responsibilities:**
  Supervising game scenarios for popular series
  Creating written content and supervising dialogue for external app collaborations
  Planning copywriting and directing for social media and videos
  Directing voice recordings and providing acting guidance
  Managing merchandise
  
  This series has sold over 1.6 billion copies/downloads worldwide reaching a wide audience. Supervisory work aimed at showcasing the charm of the series correctly and to its fullest potential across various products and services is an incredibly rewarding job contributing significantly to the overall production of the IP. In recent years we have expanded beyond the listed tasks venturing into activities such as influencer engagement and participating in the screenplay production of Hollywood movies all in efforts to broaden our reach. Minimum Requirements

Office

  • Nativelevel Japanese language proficiency and language skills.
  • Experience in creating general business documents or game scripts.
  • Document creation using Office tools (Excel PowerPoint etc.).
  • Experience in creating game planning drafts and specifications.

Preferred Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the series.
  • Ability to use English in professional settings.
  • Experience in story creation and voice recording direction.
  • Experience as a game development planner.

Annual Salary:JPY Based on experience ability and previous work experience

• Salary revision: Once a year
• Bonus: Twice a year (June December)
