Our company established on March 11 2022 by multiple publishing houses and trading companies focuses on two main businesses: AI publishing and distribution optimization solutions and RFID solutions. We aim to enhance and utilize data in the publishing industry through these endeavors.We will leverage digital transformation (DX) to address structural challenges within the publishing industry from innovative perspectives. The publishing industry faces several structural challenges that urgently need improvement. Through the application of DX we will tackle these challenges from fresh angles. Furthermore we aim to encourage the widespread adoption of our new technologies among publishers bookstores and distribution companies contributing to the transformation of the entire publishing distribution into a sustainable model. Our goal is to maintain a comfortable reading environment where people can discover a wide range of appealing publications at storefronts.

  Features of Business Division To realize sustainable publishing distribution we provide optimization services for the entire supply chain using DX. Although it is a challenging position with many stakeholders including publishers distributors and bookstores including coordination it is a very rewarding position where you can reform the supply chain from upstream to downstream in a single step. If you are tired of deskbased verification tired of making PowerPoint presentations or want to take on the challenge of real business we would love to work with you to reform the industry!

Minimum Requirements

• English
  • Experience in AI system development team management (510 people) and vendor control
  • Experience in budget progress issue and quality management
  • Experience in project management for system implementation
  • Business level Japanese

Preferred Requirements

PM

• English
  • PM experience in system implementation projects involving multiple vendors
  • System implementation consulting experience
