    This is a recruitment announcement for the Business Success Division. We consider AIrelated techniques based on machine learning including deep learning accumulated through the development of shogi AI as our proprietary core technology. Currently we are applying these technologies to expand into BtoB business and contribute to the realization and development of societal implementations. We are involved in digital transformation (DX) projects such as SMBC Nikko Securities stock portfolio diagnosis service and Takenaka Corporations spatial diagnosis service and we have plans to develop AIbased services for various industries in the future. In the Sales & Marketing department established in May last year we are actively engaged in relationship strengthening with existing customers and solving challenges to acquire new customers. We are currently in the process of strengthening our organizational capabilities and to achieve our next years plan we are planning to increase our sales force with experienced personnel.

    This is a workplace where you can use your individual skills and experience with a high level of autonomy in your duties. There are also frequent meetings with the management team offering opportunities for skill development from a management perspective.

    Job Description

    • Field sales activities for existing and new enterprise clients
    • Promote effective sales promotions based on sales plans and policies contributing to revenue growth
    • Build strong relationships with corporate stakeholders to establish continuous business
    • Create and implement account plans
    • Project management in coordination with the delivery department and development department
    • Identify common customer issues and collect information and generate ideas for solution development

    After joining the company we intend to assign a wide range of tasks including planning and sales based on your experience and skills.

Minimum Requirements

    • BtoB proposal sales experience equivalent to 4 years or more (regardless of tangible or intangible products/services).
    • Strong problem identification insight and questioning skills.
    • Ability to build relationships and flexibility in engagement to enhance client engagement.
    • Basic IT knowledge.
    • Ability to plan execute and close account plans with a selfstarter mindset.

Preferred Requirements

    • Knowledge and experience related to our target industries (Entertainment Finance Construction).
    • Experience in planning and building a service from scratch to a successful establishment.
    • Sales experience with AIrelated products.
    • Sales experience with intangible products such as consulting.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full Time

Location: Shiba Minatoku Tokyo

Annual Salary:JPY Determined based on experience and skills

Bonus paid twice a year (August and February)

Hours: 10:00 19:00 (1hour break included)

Telecommuting and flexible work hours are possible with prior application and approval (Core time 11:0015:00)

Annual holidays & Regular days off

  • Every Saturday and Sunday
  • National holidays and other days designated by the company.
  • Annual paid leave: 13 days after 6 months of continuous service (thereafter the number of days will be increased according to the number of years of service with an upper limit of 23 days)
