Roles and Responsibility

    Youll be the bridge connecting clients with consultants/management working in our sales position.

    Clientfacing:

    Behindthescenes protagonist of projects

    Youll draw out clients concerns and assemble the optimal consulting team. Collaborating with consultants youll manage and direct project progress.

    For instance:

    • New client acquisition
    • Building relationships with existing clients
    • Drafting contracts and handling procedures
    • Evaluation/hearing postproject completion etc.

    Consultantfacing:

    Sometimes a good confidant sometimes a dependable leader

    As the responsible person for assigned projects youll make requests to consultants and offer career guidance to ensure their job satisfaction.

    For example:

    • Assigning consultants to project teams
    • Improving workplace issues
    • Supporting career development
    • Managing various project teams etc.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3
  • English here

    • 3 or more years of sales experience
    • Enjoyment in communication
    • High motivation for growth and collaboration with peers
    • Positive and challenging spirit

Preferred Requirements

  • IT
  • English here

    • Basic knowledge in the IT industry
    • Experience in organizational management as a leader

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Osaka Office: Chuoku Osaka City Osaka Prefecture

Annual Salary:JPY Includes 40 hours of overtime (additional overtime will be paid separately)

The decision will be made considering experience skills and age. Incentives will be provided based on performance.

Hours: 10:00 19:00

Average overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours. In the case of being seconded the working hours will be in accordance with those of the secondment destination.

More than 120 vacations per year including:

2 days off per week (depends on the client)
