Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customercentric FrenchSpeaking Technical Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This hybrid role provides the flexibility of working both from home and onsite. As a Technical Support Representative you will be pivotal in resolving technical issues for our Frenchspeaking customers ensuring they receive topnotch service and support. Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Deliver firstlevel technical support to Frenchspeaking clients through phone email and chat. Ensure prompt and positive responses to customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical problems providing stepbystep guidance to customers. Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system. Ensure comprehensive logging for smooth followup and analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other support teams escalating issues as needed to ensure swift resolution. Coordinate with various departments to address customer queries effectively.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve products and services. Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggestions.
  • Continuous Learning: Regularly update your technical skills and knowledge through companyprovided training sessions. Stay informed about new products services and technologies.
  • Service Excellence: Aim to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Focus on achieving high customer satisfaction and quick resolution times.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Nativelevel French and at least B2 level English. Excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Eligibility: Must have EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card.
  • Experience: Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of technology with a willingness to learn new tools and systems. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Communication: Strong skills in communicating with customers and team members. Ability to explain technical issues clearly and concisely.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to resolve issues efficiently and independently.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with a hybrid work model balancing remote and onsite work. Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and schedules.
  • Customer Focus: High level of customer service orientation with a proactive approach. Ability to empathize with customers and meet their needs effectively.
