Job Description
- Optimize Payment Systems: Work with IT and development teams to integrate and optimize payment solutions and technologies.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Generate and analyze payment performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement Risk Management: Implement and maintain anti-fraud measures and risk management protocols.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts, fees, and service level agreements with payment service providers to optimize cost efficiency and service quality.
- Support Customers: Assist customer service teams with payment-related inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
