Job Description

Do you have a passion for technology and enjoy helping others

Were looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Athens! In this role youll be the first line of defense for our users providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues.

What youll do:

  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to users via various channels (phone email chat)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems related to mention specific software/hardware if applicable
  • Document technical issues and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development product) to ensure seamless resolution for complex issues
  • Stay uptodate on the latest technologies and product updates

Youre a great fit if you have:

  • C2 level Dutch language proficiency and B1 level English language proficiency (mandatory)

  • Experience in a technical support role

Please note:

  • EU residence permit EU citizenship or Greek citizenship is required (Greek family members require additional legal review).
  • Relocation package is primarily for candidates within the EU or outside of Athens and is only available for onsite work.

  • Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 710 days before start date and bring their birth certificate.
