We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Healthcare Coordinator to join our successful and dynamic Client.
As the Healthcare Coordinator you will be responsible for enhancing the quality and efficiency of healthcare services provided by our Client.
You will collaborate with Management and Treatment Facility partners to ensure seamless service delivery analysing health reports for accuracy and guiding customers through the hospital liaison process to identify effective solutions.
The healthcare Coordinator will also contribute to improving internal procedures supporting the wider team to meet deadlines and assisting in the development of services offered through the Panel.
By conducting root cause analyses producing reports and staying current with industry developments the Healthcare Coordinator will play a crucial role in improving business functions and the overall customer experience.

Who we are looking for
- Experience in healthcare or medical field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- A well established and successful organisation providing services to customers for over 30 years offering job security
- Opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills further

- Annual salary of £27k£35k dependent on experience
- Annual Holiday Entitlement
- Pension Scheme
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5pm
