Job Description

Job Title: Inventory Lead
Reporting To: Warehouse Supervisor
Division: Operations
Location: Midway GA

our retail partners while responding quickly to the everchanging needs of the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Maintains a perpetual inventory of materials equipment supplies and other general stock items.
Records purchases maintains the database performs a physical count of inventory reconciles actual stock count
to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders production records or purchase
invoices to obtain current inventory levels.
Verifies clerical computations against the physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count.
Investigates and report reasons for discrepancies.
Prepares reports such as inventory balance price lists and shortages.
Receives unpacks and delivers goods.
Restocks items as necessary.
Labels shelves.
Liaises with vendors and purchasing agents and prepares deliveries.
May perform other routine clerical duties including data entry answering telephones and assisting customers.
Qualifications
Performs work under minimal supervision.
Handles complex issues and problems and refers only to the most complex issues to higherlevel staff.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter.
Provides leadership coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
May act as a lead or firstlevel supervisor.
Typically requires a high school diploma and 4 to 6 years of experience.

Problemsolving skills.
