Job Description

Learning and Development Business Partner

Location: Glasgow

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Salary: up to 45000 DOE

Tasks

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join the Learning and Development team and would and play a crucial role in supporting Kuras Vision is to be recognised as Unrivalled in Developing People.

This role will require strong management & coaching skills with the ability to oversee all training activity. Regular observations and feedback will be conducted with all Trainers and Campaign Specialists along with upskilling and coaching.

  • Design and deliver upskilling for Trainers and Campaign Specialists.
  • Hold and implement the training governance process across all depts.
  • Observation and development on all training delivery to ensure progression of skill and knowledge is kept fresh.
  • Support bid design.
  • Redesign of training materials in line with engagement focus.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to support business strategy.
  • Support all change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Interpersonal skills (ability to plan inspire and motivate others) can demonstrate experience of this.
  • Indepth knowledge of the training cycle.
  • Proven experience of managing an operational training function.
  • Outsourcing experience highly desirable.
  • Ability to coach demonstrable evidence of this.
  • Proven experience of managing a high performing learning and development team.
  • Proven experience of identifying training gaps and designing effective training interventions to meet business goals.
