Job Description

  • Identify potential clients including key decisionmakers within target companies and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity while identify new markets and industries for potential business expansion.
  • Foster lasting client relationships by understanding their hiring needs culture and recruitment challenges while serving as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies.
  • Present and pitch recruitment services to clients highlighting the value proposition.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and service agreements.
  • Liaise with business partners to build strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration for mutual growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and deliver tailored solutions ensuring consultants fulfil assigned tasks.
  • Set and achieve monthly quarterly and annual activity targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed company sales goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales progress and activities to ensure the business growth.

Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
