Title: Project Analyst I
Location: Remote
Duration: 11 Months

Purpose of Position:

Systematically collects processes and performs analyses on data sets.

Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.

Interprets data analyze results determine gaps and provide ongoing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Collecting data from various sources
Streamlining data collection methods to create automated and easytouse routines
Utilizing existing databases and data systems
Maintaining databases and data systems by addressing errors and monitoring performance
Analyzing collected data and putting it into a format that others can easily interpret
Interpreting data trends and patterns as they relate to the organization
Preparing reports for organizational leadership to use in a business setting
Managing master data including creation updates and deletion
Provide quality assurance of imported data
Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
Training endusers on new reports and dashboards.
Track and report performance of key metrics

Function/Technical:
Technical writing skills
Basic Project Management Skills & Practices
Create graphs utilizing Microsoft Excel
Crafting presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.

Soft Skills:
Fluent in English
Ability to achieve results through influencing
Ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.

Experiences/Education:
Required
Must be above average in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
Work experience as a data analyst.
Minimum 23 years of experience working in the SAP.
Experience participating in crossfunctional teams.

Desired
Associates degree in Business or Technical field.
