We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of AWS basic concepts with a proven ability to identify and nurture leads in prospective markets. This role is essential in driving customer satisfaction retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer data.
Conduct customer onboarding sessions and provide ongoing training and support to ensure successful product adoption and usage.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor customer usage patterns and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer success metrics and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer success or similar customerfacing role.
Basic knowledge of AWS concepts including services such as EC2 S3 RDS and VPC.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
