Job Description

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Travel Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets creating itineraries for domestic and international destinations managing vendors and suppliers and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achieving: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting travel packages and services to customers. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Itinerary Making: Design and create customized travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations considering customer preferences budget and travel requirements. Ensure that all travel arrangements are accurate complete and meet customer expectations.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of travel services. Negotiate and manage contracts to secure the best deals for customers.
  • Proper Customer Handling: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Execution (After Sales Handling): Ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements including flight bookings hotel reservations and other travel services. Handle any issues that may arise during travel providing timely and effective solutions to minimize customer inconvenience.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and requirements.
