We are looking for an IT Support resource with an active Top Secret Clearance (or active Secret eligible for TS) for a National Security Program.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to complex technical control facility hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques
- Provide primary interface with vendor support service groups or internal analysis and support to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance
- May provide LAN server support
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware/software in a multiprotocol environment and network management software
- May function as lead providing guidance and training for lessexperienced technicians
- Demonstrate skills and experience in data communications troubleshooting
Requirements
- Education Bachelors Degree in a technical or business related field (Mathematics Engineering Computer Science Business Administration)
- IT Support 5 years experience working in Data Center product or program management or business planning partnering with cross functional teams (technical commercial sales policy finance legal etc.)
- Ticketing Experience ServiceNow
- AlwaysOn Support 24X7X365 service/call center support experience
- Clearance Active Top Secret or active Secret Clearance eligible for TS
- Data Center Knowledge of data centers technical engineering requirements
