About the Role As the first point of contact the Client Relations Specialist will provide exceptional phone and email support to our customers. With superior emotional intelligence the Specialist will skillfully deescalate tense situations and build strong relationships with our clients. This role requires level 1 technical troubleshooting abilities and project management skills.
