About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team across Sales Marketing and Human Resources departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to quickstart their careers and gain handson experience in a vibrant and supportive work environment. As a fresher in these roles you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to excel in your chosen field.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals presentations and sales reports.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular followup and communication.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Marketing:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures flyers and social media content.
- Help manage the companys social media accounts and online presence.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Human Resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Help organize and conduct onboarding programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support HR team in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing necessary support.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Human Resources Communications or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Previous internship or experience in sales marketing or human resources.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g. CRM software for Sales digital marketing tools for Marketing HR software for HR).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas (for Marketing).
- High level of confidentiality and ethical standards (for HR).

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales marketing human resources or related fields are welcome to apply.

Requirement Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field as well as prior experience as an Angular Developer 5+ years of experience in angular and typescript. You have strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 Understanding of reactive programming and state management libraries (e.g., RxJS, NgRx) is a plus. You have expertise developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using Micro Services, with demonstrable production-scale experience You are experienced in using code versioning tools such as Git or equivalent Familiarity with various testing tools. You are a team player and problem solver with good communication skills
