Dentist needed in Pensacola FL
**Available to Start Summer of 2025**
This is an incredible opportunity for growth and advancement in your dental career with a lucrative income highly professional and friendly staff in a clinic committed to patient care and creating relationships. They are looking for a dentist that is inspired to grow educate build relationships and take ownership in their clinic and patient care and to have fun along the way. This is an incredible opportunity for NEW GRADS to join a team of doctors ready to mentor you every step of the way!
Their current clinic will be expanding over the next year which will require another dentist on staff. If you will be graduating in 2025 or you have a contract ending next summer be sure to reach out and apply to this one before its gone!
What You Can Expect
- Competitive compensation based on experience; daily rate or % of production whichever is higher
- F/T :: 4 Day Work Week
- Each provider is assigned a hygienist and assistant that follows their schedule each team runs 4 chairs
- Benefits to include Health Ins Stipend Holiday Pay/PTO 401K Dental Malpractice and CE are negotiable for the right candidate
- PPO/FFS
- HighTech State of the Art equipment
- Rock Solid and Confident in their work but with a willingness to continue to grow and learn regardless of skill level
- Comfortable with a fast paced but quality over quantity in a very busy general dental practice
- Must be honest team player that loves building relationships with patients and staff hardworking leader confident and with good integrity and energy
